    简单易做的蒸蛋糕,拿来当下午茶点心非常合适。

    Step 1

    将材料A打至幼滑,加入蛋打至松白。Beat ingredients A until creamy, add in eggs and beat until fluffy.

    Step 2

    拌入打碎的消化饼然后分成三份。Stir in grinded digestive biscuit evenly and divide into 3 portions.

    Step 3

    一份拌入材料D然后再拌匀。Add 1 portion with ingredients D mixture and stir well.

    Step 4

    准备蒸锅,待水滚后加入1层原味面糊盖着蒸7分钟,再倒入摩卡味蒸7分钟,最后倒入原味再蒸7分钟即可。Prepare a steamer, When water boiled pour in a layer of original batter, cover to steam for 7 minutes, follow with mocha to steam for 7 minutes and lastly the original for another 7 minutes.

    Step 5

    取出待冷后切块即可享用。Leave to cool, cut and serve.
